I did a factory reset to windows 8.1 and still the problem remains unsolved.Also one of the USB contollers is not working (showing a yellow caution symbol). WebFeb 13, 2024 · It installed with no complaints, but Windows still says the computer still has no Bluetooth adapter. Any idea how to resolve this problem? Thanks. P.S. One other anomaly exists which I have no idea if it's related or not. In the Device Manager it shows an "Unknown USB Device". I've tried to update it, but Win says it's already at the current level.
